@Exideindia Facing issues again with an inverter. Lodged complaint in May and three days back also, but no response. Calls to mobile numbers given last time by Mr Vijay (Ambala) are not replied. @ExideCare you sell defective products and don't care for the customer. Disgusting!!

@ExideCare Have been complaining for last 2 days regarding a new inverter but no one comes to attend. Everytime we call, we are told that they are sorry for the trouble and have highlighted to a higher person. According to Exide "Customer is a Kasht-Mar - KASHT seh aur MAR.

@ExideCare Got the same reply "sorry for the inconvenience" and the inconvenience continues as no one called even after 16 hours. I think made the mistake of trusting Exide.
