I had taken annual package for Roach control on @urbancompany_UC . Service was too pathetic and roaches were not even dead. They had promised odorless chemicals but used pungent chemicals. I was promised 2nd visit for jel application within 2 weeks but no one showed up.

No one showed up past 1 month and when I had complained poor service by professional hired, now urban company is ready to give only 50% refund. @abhirajbhal .. shame on you for providing such a pathetic service. I have all call recordings with me.
