A pack of street dogs chased this 8 year old girl, she fell crying for help, they mauled her, chewed into her flesh, bit her till the bone and once they were done having fun strolled off....the girl was taken to the hospital covered in her blood where she DIED ! Another day passes, and another citizen is killed by stray dogs.

People keep counting and mourning these preventable deaths; but the central government, state governments, and local administrations remain entirely unbothered.

​A 35-year-old underprivileged woman was brutally killed by stray dogs in Madhya Pradesh. This is not the first death, and it looks like it won't be the last. This is exactly what the central government has enabled by pushing ineffective, useless ABC rules while undermining the parent PCA Act and existing state laws.

​State governments cannot effectively tackle stray dog terror because the central government's flawed ABC rules have essentially normalized stray dog proliferation, leaving ordinary citizens at the mercy of luck.

​By overriding the clear euthanasia provisions in the parent PCA Act and state laws, these broken regulations have left citizens completely unprotected on the streets, in parks, hospitals, offices, and even their own homes.

​Children, women, the elderly, the disabled, and the vulnerable are being mauled and killed by the ineffective policies and absolute apathy of the authorities/government. #StrayDog #StrayDogsTerror

Article 21 the Right to safe movement without Threat of Stray Dogs to kids and Elders is the crux of the Judgement.

Feeding of Stray dogs can only be done at a designated place fixed by Municipal Council no where else.

No Feeding of Dogs near Parks, Playgrounds, Parking Area, School, Educational Institutions.

Clearly mentioned is Supreme Court orders.

You cannot Feed Stray Dogs anywhere you want.

But, nearly 4-5 stray dogs brutally mauled her biting all over midway.

Well fed and state government maintained stray dogs attacked a kid in Himachal Pradesh.

Maybe Central and State governments are not happy because many kids like this one are luckily still alive even after a brutal stray dog attack.

Is this why the Modi government has brought this ineffective and useless ABC rules for stray dogs farming so that stray dogs can freely attack and kill kids, old age, women, disabled, poor and vulnerable citizens?
