In urapakkam location, for 1000 rupee plan during installation, sales person is collecting 1500 rupees, i raised ticket in support, even after 1 week i didn't got my refund, support people simply says, you will get refund in 48 hours, its 116hrs now.

@JioCare The Jio sales representative charged ₹1500 instead of ₹1000 for recharge and installation(₹500 extra). Despite repeatedly following up, Support keeps responding that we have already informed. But still they didn't returned, will proceed legally with CDRC

@JioCare Still haven't received refund, one of the best(worst?) support team which i ever saw in my entire life. Always giving same reply..share any other ways to escalate this.

@_groww @airtelindia Recharge done via Groww app, but recharge is not reflected in Airtel sim, Airtel team told they didn't do any recharge with this trans Id, Groww team says no issue from their side,
