@iamvidhyac But at the same time when the car hits the lorry in the middle lane, the lorry in the last lane is also rear ending the lorry in the middle lane and that triggered the collapse. So clearly the culprit here is the lorry which is in the right lane and not the car.

Hey @ACTFibernet, what's the lifecycle for a customer request? Is it just Open -> Closed? I don't see my requests are getting resolved. I open a ticket and after 2 days the ticket gets closed without resolving or notifying the customer even. Best among d worst service providers!
