On Saturday 4th May,I received an email from Youtube & They Said My Channel is Terminated because of dangerous and harmful policy,Upon review now they are saying its Spam,Deceptive practices and scam policy.

I have read complete policy of Spam,Deceptive and Scam Policy,Even though if my channel had violated the policy,the max decision would have been a warning or a strike,But you guys have just terminated the channel and taken this very harsh decison.

If my channel was misleading or doing some sort of scams

Our Channel Wouldn’t Have Reached Close To 700k Subscribers

Our Avg Like/Dislike Ratio On All Videos wouldn’t have been above 98.5%

Our Avg Watchtime For All Videos Wouldn’t Have Been Above 40%

People use to love our content,they learned stock market,trading free of cost and everytime our channel has only given value to the audience.

In the policy mentioned above the only time where channel termination is valid is when our channel created Geo-Political Tension,Government Officials or Serious Harms To Anyone,Which obviously we did not.

Hence I request @TeamYouTube to look at it again and in the above policy if we have done a small violation the max you can give is a warning or a strike,not completely terminate the channel and destroy 5 years of hard work in the content i made.

I also share the same values of keeping Youtube a safe platform for audiences,advertisers and creators and just because someone who doesn’t understand Hindi or Hindi Language is just relying on Automated Systems To Review,Possibility of Error is very high.

Hey @TeamYouTube @YTCreatorsIndia @YouTubeCreators , woke up to find my YouTube channel 'The Share Market Guru' with 688k subspermanently deleted at 3:30 am today, citing policy violations. I have worked day in and day out for last 5 years to make valuable Content,Our content always complied with YouTube policies.This might be a mistake,Requesting urgent assistance to recover the channel.
