@Apollo24x7 Pls look at ticket 2789867. Reports are pending and no ETA still. This is not acceptable. We rely on Apollo for timely reports. Delay without reason and lack of clarity on status is not acceptable. People's health decisions are at stake here

@DTDCIndia The customer service via phone is non existent. Tried 5 times in the last 3 hrs to get to speak to someone and get my booked consignment picked. Even when queue position is 2 the phone call is dropped. Did I make a mistake trying to book with you?

@airindia @airindia The flight is now scheduled for 3 am. Passengers request for accommodation until that time has not been accommodated by the duty manager's here in the airport. Crew can cancel, managers can reject accommodation but passengers like us are to be treated like commodities.

@airindia me waiting with my 83 Yr old father and 74 Yr old mother at Calicut Airport for our flight to mumbai (AI582). Flight is delayed by two hours and the staff here have no information on when the flight will start or if it will happen at all. This is highly deplorable

@airindia @JM_Scindia Flight AI 582 from Calicut to Mumbai delayed by 2+ hours. Incoming flight from Mumbai not yet taken off and the crew has no clues of the actual reasons or the status of the flight. All passengers frustrated seeking answers.

@myvoltas I have an open SR for voltas since Oct 17, 2020. It is more than 40 days and I still dont have an ETA for the resolution. What is the point of having an AMC and waiting for so long? My SR is 20101711686. Need somebody to act on this real quick.
