Executive informed that the amount would be disbursed after a call from the credit team but they have disbursed it without a call. I clearly stated that I would take loan if ROI is 13%. Also it was mentioned as floating rate of interest but in statement it is reflecting as fixed.

@tatacapital Your executives are promising one rate of interest and processing loans on another rate of interest. Yesterday while processing the mandate they confirmed that the rate of interest is 13% and in key statement and loan agreement it is showing 15.49%.
