एक ही एग्जाम सेंटर से 6 छात्र मैक्सिमम मार्क्स के साथ टॉप कर जाते हैं, कितनों को ऐसे मार्क्स मिलते हैं जो टेक्निकली संभव ही नहीं है, लेकिन सरकार लगातार पेपर लीक की संभावना को नकार रही है।

शिक्षा माफिया और सरकारी तंत्र की मिलीभगत से चल रहे इस ‘पेपर लीक उद्योग’ से निपटने के लिए ही कांग्रेस ने एक रोबस्ट प्लान बनाया था। हमने अपने मैनिफेस्टो में कानून बना कर छात्रों को ‘पेपर लीक से मुक्ति’ दिलाने का संकल्प लिया था।

आज मैं देश के सभी स्टूडेंट्स को विश्वास दिलाता हूं कि मैं संसद में आपकी आवाज़ बन कर आपके भविष्य से जुड़े मुद्दों को मज़बूती से उठाऊंगा।
