OBC Reservation violation by @UnitedIndiaInsu. 100 positions 27 must come to OBCs but they reserved only 16 under OBC category.

This is to bring to your notice that United India Insurance Company (UIIC) which is wholly owned by Government of India and functions under the control of Ministry of Finance Government of India in its recent recruitment for Specialist Administrative Officer Scale -1 has reserved only 13 seats for other backward classes (OBC) out of 80 which accounts to just 16.25% of the total seats. As per government circulars, Constitutional and legal provisions the reservation for OBC’s should be 27%. It seems that the United India Insurance Company is not following the criteria of providing 27% reservation for OBC’s depriving our constitutional right.
