I handover the product on 14th Dec, that need to be returned after getting message on whatsapp from Shadowfax courier partner, and he hasn’t updated the pickup done from his end.

@meesho_support Still your agent saying it’s not picked up, which is really absurd, you’re not believing your regular customer. I value my time so as other’s I don’t have any hobby to spend time on twitter with such msgs and comment.
This is serious case of fraud and I victimised for fraudulent

@meesho_support No, this is the update. I didn’t get any resolution on it. You helpdesk person saying- ‘Sorry we can’t do anything on it, as item wasn’t picked up’. Which is really extremely disappointing, I myself handed over the item
to the person from which I received the call.
