@IDFCFIRSTBank really poor product design. Not getting OTP for the last 24 hr and money is struck in bank account and cannot transfer funds. The app says otp is sent on the email. And the email says it's sent on phone. Horrible product design. #shame

@NICLofficial The insurance claim is pending for last several weeks and your team doesnot bother to provide information. really frustrating. you team is unable to track documents and keep asking for same documents again and again. very bad

@IDFCFIRSTBank has the worst experience with the rm and customer service. It takes forever to reply and for more than 1 month following up but resolution. Shameful for this age

@AmazonHelp Yes and given up now. Going directly to the consumer forum helpline and have filed complaints for all 3 orders. I have also observed several other deficiencies in amazon products and will file complaint for all cases.

@amazonIN has really lost its mojo. It used to be the most customer friendly company but now it is a ghost of its earlier self.

1st strike - delivery guy made fake scan
2nd strike - another fake return scan
3rd strike- wrong item received but cc asking for proof in stupid form.

@amazonIN I am facing with refund for last several weeks. two items were picked up for return and the agent fraudulently marked it as rejected and took the items. now strugging with refund from CS.
