@firstcryindia The explanation given by your team is baseless. You should first work upon finding the person from firstcry who has changed the item. Very disappointing and frustrating for a customer who has received wrong product. Why should a consumer suffer due to your mismanagement?

I ordered (Order ID : 4226147TYE0E21742) on firstcry app on 19th October 2024. They delivered incorrect order. Instead of two jackets, they delivered one sweatshirt. @firstcryindia to correct the delivery. @SupamMaheshwari

@firstcryindia Your team has not addressed the issue. On call they are giving vague reasons that weight of the packed product was checked while shipping. The weight of the sweatshirt which was delivered by firstcry might be equal to two jackets of small size which I had ordered.
