Why i was not able to book if i had more money than ticket in my wallet adding screenshots of the wallet and ticket prices as shown

Because of that i had to again pay from upi this not acceptable what if didn't had money that time every time my money gets stuck while booking through wallet we add money in wallet for instantaneous payment not to get stuck every time .

There are 2 local Airtel executives people who dont visit just keep frequently changing the visit dates and dont respond at all my work is being affected very badly

I have prepaid smart meter ,even after paying my bill the power didn't came back if its prepaid smart meter it should be back as soon as we pay the bill its been 3 hrs i have checked its reflecting on portal as well .

There is no dustbin at kachhwa road railway station (KWH) people are throwing garbage side of the platform and it's literally full on both side .and also only at one side of platform there is tap water .
Pls look into it.

And i raised multiple concerns over chat they are not responding since a months ,they are just passing the time so that customer can get irritated and go away .
