@pnbindia@pnbindia My father is 90 years told and has account in Preet Vihar, Delhi and we visited Godbundar Branch, Thane, Mumbai to change mobile number, with all KYC documents. Branch Managers of both branches, told us to physically visit home branch in Delhi to change mobile no.
