Guys…don’t buy @BlueStarLtd ACs. It’s too noisy, service is too late and non responsive, they come with prejudice mind and understanding that their product is okay. My complaint is pending for last one month but still no replacement is given despite it’s making too much of noise
@cromaretail It’s not resolved. Not sure how case closed without resolution and satisfaction to customer?It seems you have pre-decided that there is no issue and you don’t want to understand and attend the real issue I am facing with this pathetic product. Please replace it asap @BlueStarLtd

@CentreforSight I experienced the worst behaviour by a doctor in CFS Dwarka. Very harsh and rude. More interested in explaining the issues to Intern but not to patient. Saying “next, next , next” when we were still sitting and trying to get some clarity is an insult actually.

@BlueStarLtd@cromaretail Bought AC in Aug25 from Croma Dwarka. No one came for service till date. Also showing gas Leakage sign. Tired of raising complaints, no one coming to fix it. Really disappointing service. how come Gas problem can be there is just 6 months of purchase

@TataMotors not sure what extended warranty means when simple technicals snags are not covered in this. Service level and the brand quality is diminishing rapidly. Don’t think this can lead me to go for Tata vehicle again in future. Sorry state of affairs.
