extremely upset customer here... even after delays, Estes simply couldn't deliver an important load - scheduled and planned ahead of time. Forget about empathy, sympathy, they simply don't care about their goof up.
@FifthThird - don't think you are really setup or training bankers to deal with businesses. Forget about online business tools, as simple as transfers/bill pays, branches aren't just equipped/staffed to handle such queries. If business hv 2 spend hours to get this done, forget it
@elonmusk switching to a new tesla? I did (3 to Y) and it feels like a downgrade, you lose fsd beta and have to earn again. Why can’t fsd beta transfer over to new car as the drivers are really same. Make it seamless please. #tesla#FSD

@HiltonHotels at Hilton Cancun, all incl and found housekeeping using personal effects. It’s gross, imagine housekeeping using ur personal effects and u r completely unaware until u find it urself. Gross! Hilton, u r putting ur guests health at risk with no control over staff.
