A ₹55,000 parcel booked via @Delhivery has been wrongly delivered to someone else due to clear operational negligence.
And then they market it lost and compensating 1000 Rs for 55,000 INR worth parcel.
📌ATTACHING THE PARCEL PHOTOS -
1️⃣st - what we sent . ( SEE THE SMILE ON THE FACE OF DELIVERY BOY BY DOING THE SCAM )
2️⃣nd what we got.
3️⃣rd - delhivery confirmed that this is their mistake to delivered incorrectly.
4️⃣th - And then They mark it lost.
I have all shipment proofs, tracking details, and communication records. I have already raised complaints via email and support, but there has been no proper resolution or update so far.

From Past one month I am facing the issues with my UPi :- Whenever I try to get the Amount from anyone it is showing this error.
Trying to connect with customer care but they don't know about it anything.
Request you to kindly look into this matter ASAP.

@HDFC_Bank Even after giving the poper documentation to the HDFC team my account was still on Frozen status ....
Earlier the status was Debit freeze but now it's Frozen ....
This is clearly the sign of ignorance by your HDFC staff .
Requesting you to look into this ...
Update - Received the call from Senior Manager of Delhivery and He is working on providing the full Refund Amount.
