विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम को लेकर बैठक की. जिसमें विस्फोटक पदार्थों के अवैध उपयोग और भंडारण को रोकने तथा अवैध गतिविधियों को नियंत्रित करने, सुरक्षा उपायों की समीक्षा करने और अधिनियम के नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन सुनिश्चित करने हेतु दिशा निर्देश दिए गए। इसके अलावा दीपावली को ध्यान में रखते हुए सभी अंचल में एक स्थान चिन्हित करने हेतु निर्देश दिए ताकि वहां अस्थाई तौर पर दुकानें लगाई जा सके।
