மாநில நெடுஞ்சாலைத் துறையில் சென்னை கோட்டத்தில் ஒவ்வொரு டெண்டரும் 10 லட்சம் விகிதம் 21 லிமிடெட் டெண்டர்கள் போடப்பட்டு உள்ளது. இவை ஓபன் டெண்டர்களாக போடாமல் லிமிடெட் டெண்டராக போடுவது மூலம் பொறியாளர்கள் செட்டிங் செய்யும் ஒப்பந்ததாரர்கள் மட்டுமே போட்டி போட முடியும்.

மேலும் தொழில்நுட்ப உதவியாளர்களை பணியமர்த்த போடப்படும் இந்த டெண்டர்கள் முதலில் தேவையா என்பதை அமைச்சர் ஆராய வேண்டும்!

சென்னை மாநகரச் சாலைகள் கோட்டம் – Iல் 9 உதவிப் பொறியாளர்கள், 4 உதவிக்கோட்டப் பொறியாளர்கள், ஒரு கோட்டப் பொறியாளர், 8 வரைவாளர்கள் பணியிடங்ளும், கோட்டம் – IIல் 8 உதவிப் பொறியாளர்கள், 4 உதவிக்கோட்டப் பொறியாளர்கள், ஒரு கோட்டப் பொறியாளர், 8 வரைவாளர்கள் பணியிடங்களும் உள்ளன. இப்பணியிடங்களில் எதுவும் காலியாக இல்லை. எல்லா பணியிடங்களிலும் தொழில்நுட்ப அலுவலர்கள் உள்ளனர்

இரண்டு சென்னை மாநகரச் சாலைகள் கோட்டங்களுக்கும் அரசு ஒப்பளிப்பு வழங்கியுள்ள 43 தொழில்நுட்ப பணியிடங்களிலும் தொழில்நுட்ப அலுவலர்கள் (27 பொறியாளர்கள் + 16 பொறியியல் பட்டயப் படிப்பு படித்துள்ள வரைவாளர்கள்) பணிபுரியும்போது, அங்கு தொழில்நுட்ப உதவியாளர்களுக்கு அவசியம் இருக்கிறதா என்பதை அரசு விளக்க வேண்டும்.
கடந்த ஆட்சியில் இது போன்று சிறிய சிறிய டெண்டர்கள் இணையதள டெண்டராக கூட போடாமல் பாக்ஸ் டெண்டராக போடப்பட்டு ஆட்களை எடுக்காமலே போலி பில்கள் மூலம் பல கோட்டங்களில் பல அதிகாரிகள் முறைகேடு செய்ததாக கேள்விப்படுகிறோம்.

எனவே
1. அரசு இந்த லிமிடெட் டெண்டர்களை உடனடியாக ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும்
2. ஓபன் டெண்டர்களாக மீண்டும் இவற்றை போடுவதற்கு முன்பாக முதலில் இந்த டெண்டரின் தேவை இருக்கிறதா என்பதை ஆராய வேண்டும்
