Reliance Group Milk Basket delivery experience has been extremely disappointing. 😡
Received an India Gate Mogra Basmati Rice bag completely wet and damaged, and despite raising complaints, 72+ hours later there has been no proper resolution.
Customers expect timely support, accountability, and basic service standards—especially from one of India’s biggest groups. Damaged products and delayed responses are not acceptable.
Customers deserve better service and faster action.
Please resolve this issue.
