@oyorooms We had booked a room at OYO 30921 Vijaisurya in advance (booking no. AKCF0426) but when we reached in the evening for check-in, the hotel staff denied our check-in telling us that they have given that room to other customer.

@OYO4U We are waiting outside the hotel from last 90 minutes, please do immediate action. We tried contacting your customer service. They too deny any help. They are telling us we will refund your money. This is complete non-sense. Refunding amount is not the solution.
