Totally disappointed with Amazon’s third-grade service! Ordered a laptop on March 31st, expected delivery on April 1st, but their garbage delivery team failed to deliver it. After 8-10 calls, they’re forcing me to take a refund instead of the product. Unacceptable! @amazonIN
