I used Google Cloud on a $300 free trial just to experiment and made 3β4 AI videos. After 5β6 days, my account stopped and I saw a negative balance of βΉ51,164. No warning, no notice.
I contacted support and told them it was a mistake and I am just a student experimenting, but they said I have to pay or the case will go to a recovery agency.
After many emails, they waived 90%.
Now they want βΉ5,164 and have transferred my case to an American recovery agency.
Has this happened to anyone else? What would you do in my place?
