I have ordered some groceries item on 01.08.2025 which couldn't not delivered by your delivery person and order got canceled. Till date refund is not received. I have called many time to ur customer care also they are not responded satisfactorily.

@AmazonHelp I have talked ur customer care executive Name Yash and another lady. They have kept me on hold more than 40 minutes. But not able to resolve the problem. Interest things both ur person telling diffrnt word. 1st tole that it will take 5 day more time. 2nd told it will take 14days

@amazonIN As ur refund policy if payment is made through Amazon pay it will get refund within 5 hours. But already 11 days passed I am waiting for the refund. Make a complain note on this issue. Order No405-7542501-2168330

Your personal told that he is not able to help. As the amount has been rightly deducted. I placed order ur company had sent wrong products. Then why amount has been deducted from my refund. Either it should be deducted fully or be deducted from seller.
