@IndiGo6E I got an email that my flight 6e237 on 2nd August is cancelled. But on travel portals it shows that the flight is available for much higher rates. New trick to get more money ????
@flyspicejet So if consumer reschedules why do you charge a heaven from them. They can also have operational issues. Why this one sided rule for you guys. Give me one free rescheduling and I am happy
@flyspicejet hey just a suggestion, might be in future do inform us before we book as to when your pilots or staff decide to take a day off so we do not have to go through the rescheduling at will nightmare from your end
@flyspicejet And the one min wait from customer care is now 25 mins, and still waiting on call .. I will gift you guys a watch, wait it is rescheduled to be recd in your next life
@flyspicejet And if you reschedule the flight, who reimburses me for the hotel cost? I do not mind if you can give me an extra day of hotel booking or even put me up for a full paid holiday

@flyspicejet I got a message - Dear Customer Due to the Covid-19 travel restrictions, your SpiceJet flight SG 130 from Kolkata-Delhi dated 08-Oct-20 has been cancelled. Phone lines are not connecting .. why is this cancelled and what actions can I take
