Congratulations to Shikha Dubey, ranking first in UPSC result. But 5 attempt means 6 years of toil - the best years of youth gone in coaching? There were 5 lakhs who tried and keep trying. Should we subject our precious youth to waste years & years on an exam. In these years, they could have mastered an area & joined laterally later if they wished - contributing more. Our exam and interview style shd change - we are Regulators at best and for that you need Leadership, spine, integrity and commitment all with common sense. Best to give only 2 chances with age limit 25. This obsession with UPSC is costing the nation huge, employing the youth wrongly for 5 to 6 years. There is no debate and doubt on the fact that we have messed up the lead up to the World Cup. Unreasonable delay in schedule in the first place and if that wasn’t enough changing the schedule hampering 5 matches in the process, if that wasn’t enough a completely non-transparent and inefficient ticket system only encouraging black marketeers. It is a proud moment to be hosting a World Cup and it should have been a great time for the fans but these difficulties for the fans doesn’t look unplanned . It’s time we wake up and not make this incompetence a norm just because “Yes Men” around don’t want to speak up .
It is a matter of national prestige.

I deleted my tweets on street dogs, i feel like I came out too harsh. I guess I was pissed off after reading all the dumb comments on my initial post I did 3 days ago. I could’ve worded my tweets in a much better and kind way to explain my thoughts on this. Anyways, Deleting the tweets doesn’t mean I changed my opinions, I still hate street dogs and all the so called street dog lovers who are one of the biggest reasons in the overpopulation of these dogs. Buying breed dogs and then coming forward to be dicks to the dog catchers trying to maintain the population. Not adopting a street dog but commenting dumb explanations and opposing people giving solutions on the Internet. They spend 2 min with a stray dog in 24 hours and call themselves dog lovers. Not gonna take any responsibility when some random street dog bite a kid. Make a mess on streets, bark late at night for hours why? Because most of these idiots live way too far from the street dog gangs, in their society homes or somewhere where there are like 2 street dogs in the vicinity. They don’t understand thats not the case in the rest of the places in the country. They can watch small puppies and dogs suffer from random vehicle accidents and starvation but Neutering them so no more street dog suffers? “Oh No, that is so bad “

What pissed me off is, this isn’t a complicated case if people just think a little, I guess people don’t even use their brains a little nowadays. Their attention span is so messed up now that many will not even read this long para at all.

You can’t explain and have logical conversations with these people, they go with feelings whether they sound illogical or stupid.
There are so many more points that I can add but I guess Just don’t speak to the braindead people. Got it. Its just bad luck that we have to share the world with some idiot people. 👍🏻
