Because of this small patch of damaged road (around 30-50 ft) , people are facing daily 1.5 km traffic jam on Hindon river pul on Greater Noida West sector 1.

I had a booking for 13th folks at Deltin Royal Goa on 30th Dec.
Due to operational issue my flight is cancelled and I will not be able to make it up on 30th Dec. I requested reschedule for 2nd Jan. Can this be taken as an exception as unforeseen circumstances ?
