Ind railways IS regular in being irregular, focus should be on maintaining punctuality,many routes have few trains-HYD to PYGJ,HYD to LKO,Pune to BSB,Pune to PYGJ Delayed trains are normal,many times more than 8-9hr

Pathetic customer support. Even after 3 weeks of continuous follow no response and when call to customer support you will be kept on hold for half hour to get any response and that too unsatisfactory
