@CoffeeAndBacon_ @zavvi_cs Left without presents 2 days before Christmas as they decided to wait until 9pm last night to tell me there has been a delay with my order, because of this very busy time. If you can’t handle this very busy time, you shouldn’t be trading at Christmas.
