Funny thing is they asked for evidence and I tried to send those over email, grandly that email address is not found in Apple servers. Example of such extreme IGNORANCE support from Apple

Apple SCAM India.
Apple accept opt-in for trade with decent amount. But visiting tech rejecting it even for a minor scratch. When I reported to your support team they are not able to take any actions or provide answers to me even after a week. @Apple

@ACTFibernet You guys performed factory reset remotely and wiped out all my custom settings on the router. Worst of all you don’t have any knowledge about this and not willing to share any response. Are you guys stealing data Customer devices ? @TRAI
