@SjamieIt@mitchintheO Yup, we could choose between Nepean and GCI. It's like that all the way to west end of Central Park. Interestingly enough, east side of Clyde is Nepean/GCI, but across the street on the west side it is Woodroffe.
@SjamieIt@mitchintheO Caption area for GCI is even bigger than the 1st pink map. It covers Carlington and Central Park west of Merivale too. It was a good 2x7km bike ride for offspring for four years. Bike never got stolen.
@DevineSean I was just in Hamilton last week - opted to try the bus everywhere instead of renting a car! Service was amazing, on time, cheap and frequent! I would bus more often in Ottawa if that was the case here too.
@mchkzn Takumi's is new since the summer, but it has turned out to be a destination restaurant. Northern Chinese, including table BBQ. It is packed most nights, and you definitely need a reservation Fri-Sun.
@_MarkSutcliffe I would love to have my say, which is I would prefer this land to be converted into a active living space. NOT what you are proposing. Where is the option to disagree?
@APurpleLifeBlog Fleurs et Cadeaux, just on the outskirt of China Town. Literally in an old Chinese gift shop. Direct imported sake and amazing Izakaya inspired food. Book in advance.
@APurpleLifeBlog Bar Darling is a gem, a combo of old dudes reading paper during the day, students in the afternoon and then hopping place in the evening. Amazing small plates and a wide selection of ciders on tap.
