@JellyBe63248871 @but_cyclists Speed in its own right is not a negligent act. You might be able to argue some liability but the small car was over the line - if the car had stayed in their lane no accident. I’ve dealt with car insurance claims and liability for over 10 years 😊

If you listen to the end, the call handler actually asks if Henry Nowak needs medical attention. The killers actually tell them Henry needs medical attention (albeit not admitting he has been stabbed), but they didn't send an ambulance. This just keeps getting worse the more that comes out.
