@Go_CheshireWest I did yesterday, although I was a little confused. The first email said it should be in my account in 2 days, then the second email said the payment was released in 2 days but could take up to 7 working days?

Any idea what's happening about the winter payment grants? I've e-mailed but had no reply. I should of received the payment on Friday after receiving an email on Wednesday advising it would be in my account within 2 working days.
