NOC is being used commercially on the ruse it is on non profit .will a franchise such as Roastery or Any a time Fitness run on non profit. MCD is turning z blind eye.

@toryburch a brand like yours has taken an illegal cafe in Sarvodaya Enclave Delhi for pop up .It has made a quiet colony miserable ,several people in neighbouring houses have fallen ill due to the cafe.Stop making lives hell

With your focus on stopping commercialisation in residential areas here is a blatant flouting of all bye laws .Communtiy Hall in Sarvodaya Enclave has been leased to a restaurant chain. Called Roastery causing pollution traffic chaos and ruining the peace .

@DelFireService you had given a fire NOC for an Assembly hall in Sarvodaya Enclave in 2024There was no dedicated water tank of 25000 litres .Ot was a common underground tank
