@virginmedia deplorable to change our landline to piggyback our broadband. No 999 calls, burglar or fire alarms no care alerts if power or network down! = NOT AN ACCEPTABLE SERVICE. But still charging us for a landline! Trying to cancel our contract, ha ha that's another story!
