@SamsungHelpUK Since the update recently, there is no sound coming through with notifications and calls despite a tune allocated and volume up high. And when texting can only see the current line of text where as previously you could see 4 or 5 lines of what you had written.Why?

My 21yr old has autism. He is high functioning and thankfully works full time and recently got his very own home for the first time. I was, and am still, super proud of his achievements.
