@bigbasket_com Thanks got the call. But today again i faced the same so i deleted my subscription because and i dont want your bad services now. One suggestion if you can't deliver better to close it and pivot. Tata group should look into it and fix but seems impossible now due to negligence.

@HDFCERGOGIC Dear HDFC ERGO is there any issue going on in HDFC ergo systems as I am not getting any renewed policy details. Seems something wrong with ERGO systems. Can you rectify ASAP and share details ASAP. This is not good for any company who provide such services.
