@blinkitcares Promo code has been given as refund which is one time usable and expires in 30 days. Basically Blinkit is now dictating how I should use my own money. It's a new age fraud, forcing customers and not giving any other choice.

@GivaJewellery My order: GI0012090302 was to be delivered on 10th Feb,no attempt or call and false status updated. Very poor customer service. I have been following up daily with Giva team but no update. Everytime same robotic answer that we have escalated it to courier.

I had ordered shoes on 2nd Oct (order: FN5810304453) and a duplicate cheap product was delivered. Raised a return request and the product was successfully picked up as well. Now Ajio is refusing to refund my money due to their internal misalignments. Fraud company. @AJIOLife

@AJIOLife How I am responsible for that. I have returned the same product which I have received and that was a duplicate product. Obviously it will be a non-ajio product as that was a duplicate cheap product. Why is ur customer facing the blame for faults of your supply chain team.@consaff
