@GodrejAppliance The issue is resolved by changing some panel behind.
How do I make sure it’s not a faulty piece. Within months of purchase this happened .. what if it happens again or just after the warranty expires ?
I think a replacement will be better.
Lot of money on food is already lost

The issue still persists. It’s a faulty machine.
The pcb is being changed for the third time. The fan motor makes noises. Food gets frequently soiled.

@VWMumbaiNorth After it came back from Service. The tyre warming kept coming. So went to a tyre workshop. They said the air is still leaking from the shoddy tyre repair and it’s not repairable. Will have to change the tyre. So I went back to the workshop with my grievance.

If trees are felled & foliage pruned to prevent casualties then hoardings too should be felled and pruned before monsoon. They are causing more damage to life & property. Several contractors axe/poison trees which block view of hoardings.

The ride was within the 15 hr time period and no extra kms.
But the driver didn’t end the trip till next day.
I paid the driver 1000 in his bank account. Plus 8467 to Ola.
paid 9467. Got 1000 refund

But a machine bought in Oct and to change filter within the warranty period .. and u was charged for it.

@EurekaForbes Today someone can to service the machine .. but it has been serviced by me already. I had to pay Urban company for service even thought it is under warranty.
Please clarify about filter charges within warranty period.
I had to change in Feb 23. After 5 months of use

Now service within warranty is delayed .. it’s not a good experience.
