Any judgement made by SC has to be under the constitution, and I don't see any flaws in the bills (now laws) considering the constitution and also SC won't be holding it for long after the committee thing.

@utkarsh_aanand Yesterday the Attorney general tried to explain how these laws are the result of 20 yrs of consultancy from experts and stakeholders, and not put abeyance, but CJI brushed the AG by saying they are trying to create a conducive environment for the talks and for this to happen.
