So, my home internet stopped working 4 days ago and your team has neither been able to fix the issue nor managed to get in touch with me to explain the issue.

Every morning they tell me it will be fixed tonight. And every night, tomorrow morning. How, Why?

@rpojaipur seems like I have the same issue as so many others. PVR was done on the 1st of December and have written confirmation from the police station that it has been submitted and cleared from there side. Yet no update. Kindly look into this. File no: JP4077191822622
