One of worst service from @GodrejAppliance @GodrejGroup Washing Machine broke down,
service man has come took the parts and he said we will replace within 2 hours and he will not show up for next 2 weeks after calling customer care multiple times still issue isn’t resolved.

Arrogant service person as he doesn’t pic the calls, if unfortunately he picks the call then he says I am busy will talk later, What kind of employees are working in @GodrejAppliance and @GodrejGroup is this way to behave with there customer.
