@18002096006 Can you accept here in social media the issue is unresolved even after replacing 50k worth of parts ? Instead of contacting me directly? I thought @anandmahindra is customer friendly and he will listen to me, but it is useless as well. Imagine the customer frustration !!!
@18002096006 I’ve been hearing this regret since an year. You guys have no idea where is the root cause. You keep replacing the part one after other. I already invested 50k in repair and you are asking another 2 parts to replace which will cost me 50k more
@18002096006 it started in Jul’25 when I initially reported engine light issue in my XUV300. 1. They replaced few sensors and returned vehicle saying it is fixed. After few days again it started glowing. 2. I too the car again to service, they replaced few more sensors
The standard answer I get from the team tomorrow saying- Issue is escalated and you will receive call back in 24 hrs. But what next? Again back to same loop? Am I too soft in listening to all what service engineers say?
9 months I took the car to service 7 times (may be more I don’t remember well) is this the quality of car expected ? 2. How may days it was with me and how may days in Service centre? 3. It is only 7 yrs old car, single handed only 40k run. Is it so complicated to fix?

Service advisor has not yet come back, it’s been stalled since 3 weeks. I’m scared to takeout the vehicle. I already shared the video of smoke and he said he will give me the slot to get the vehicle there. But when? How many more weeks I should wait? Is this normal with Mahindra?
