I registered a complaint - PM17102435154212 for repairs of the vacuum cleaner two days ago. No one has visited or even called yet. The product is under warranty. The customer care no. is amazing - only IVR...Wow!

@kaffindia Multiple times I have got the burner repaired but the service quality is pathetic. Within a month after the last service, there's a gas leak and the electric lighter is not working. Amazing!
