Dear @amazonIN , you really need to fix your delivery . Your delivery agent wants a sr citizen to walk a kilometer to pickup a 5 KG box . When asked to deliver at the doorstep, they falsely update that delivery was attempted but customer was not available. @delhivery is rogue
