Still not resolved. Tried calling #HDFCBank helpline # which is mentioned on website & the fellow told me that he can not help me as the line got transferred in #IMPERIA dept, now where is customer's fault? I dialed the number which r mentioned website @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares

IMPS ref. No. IMPS-103601106614, still not credited to recipient. The same got debited to my account and also not yet reversed. This kind of failures are happening multiple times now. Please do the needful

Did small amount again, the same got credited. Can't understand why 35K not got credited. @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares Needs to look into this immediately. I am sure 35K's #CASA or Float is not important to #HDFCBank, but its imp for us towards our commitments of payments.

@HDFCBank_Cares Yesterday I have already registered the complaint with HDFC bank website, but no response till now.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares I tried transferring funds to the beneficiary after adding it after 30 mins, 1 hour, 10 hours, etc, still not able to transfer the funds. RM says there is some technical problem, whereas one banker of your branch says, only after 24 hrs can do trf 1/2
