The watch remains non-functional.

I expected the standards of transparency, communication, and customer care associated with a global luxury brand.

A simple service request for my Bvlgari Serpenti watch has turned into weeks of escalations, multiple store visits, unanswered questions, a verbal repair estimate

Nearly 6 weeks after complaint, multiple escalations, store visits & repeated assurances my Serpenti watch is still not working
No written diagnosis
No formal estimate
No meaningful resolution
Deficient after-sales support from luxury brand. Bvl stands for this?

(2/2) Low quality fruits, ghee dishes in oil, bland food, barbeque items on stove… one would be better off not having any meals here. Took upto 4 iterations just to get the tea right. Maybe since @swarna_taj is not a @TajHotels owned property; definitely should be given a miss👎🏻

(1/2) Hunger will kill you at @swarna_taj Amritsar. Embarrassed to drag my family to stay at this Punjab’s @TajHotels where culinary skills are completely missing. Choosing an edible item is super arduous as the chefs are stubborn & will stick to the budget recipes given to them.

New @LouisVuitton store opened in @JioWorldCC is an epitome of embarrassment to the brand. Client advisors desert you in between without any intimation. Total mismanagement in resource allocation. Store manager seems lost. And all this when LV staff invites you before entering.
