Send him $1,000 worth of BTC directly to his Bitcoin wallet.

~ Scenario 2: PayJoin
With compatible wallets, both of you contribute inputs to a collaborative Bitcoin transaction. One single transaction and both the parties can join that, making it harder to track the ownership of transactions, because couples privacy matters.

~ Scenario 3: Silent Payments
