We should be bothered about who should be watching this content. Pornography is not meant for a 13-year-old. We should be very much bothered about it. But, besides that, aren't we aware that Section 67 of the IT Act already deals with obscenity and vulgarity? Pornography has to be dealt with differently but over here the minister has been referring to vulgarity. We should be bothered about who should be watching this content. Pornography is not meant for a 13-year-old. We should be very much bothered about it.
